Nelson De La Cruz is a bilingual attorney admitted to the New York Bar in December 2009, with more than 16 years of experience representing clients in family law, matrimonial litigation, criminal defense, housing matters, and civil litigation throughout New York City and surrounding counties.
As Founder and Managing Attorney of THE NDLC LAW FIRM, PLLC, Mr. De La Cruz leads a Bronx-based practice dedicated to providing direct, practical, and strategic legal representation. He also serves as Of Counsel to Weisman Law Group, P.C., where he brings his bilingual expertise to family law and matrimonial matters.
Mr. De La Cruz has appeared before Bronx Family Court, New York Supreme Court, and federal courts in the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of Michigan, and the Central District of California. Prior to private practice, he gained substantial experience in e-discovery and complex commercial litigation at UBS AG, JPMorgan Chase, and Deutsche Bank.
